50 Delicacies on Earth
A special and multicultural recipe book will be released during the forthcoming spring semester. The recipes were written by the students of the University and they show their nation’s typical or beloved food.
Fifty different foods, from Algeria to Vietnam.
The initiator was Anikó Berta, the office executive of the UP Medical School’s English- German Student Council. The book includes 49 foreign and one Hungarian recipe.
The book’s release date is the middle of March, during our popular event, the International Evening.
